Bhai Tika

Fifth and final day of Tihar. Sisters apply seven-colored tika and a garland (makhmali) to brothers and pray for their long life. Brothers reciprocate with gifts and blessings.

तिहारको पाँचौं र अन्तिम दिन। बहिनीले दाजुभाइलाई सप्तरङ्गी टीका र मखमली माला लगाएर दीर्घायुको कामना गर्छिन्; दाजुभाइले उपहार दिन्छन्।
